- All prices listed are wholesale.
- All prices subject to change without notice.
- All minimums are per color and/or size (solid pack). Mixing colors to meet minimums
is not acceptable.
- All orders are F.O.B. Arlington, TX.
Orders
- To order, call 1-800-443-3540 or fax to 1-817-375-6208. Our hours are 8:30
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Thursday.
- Opening order is $500.00 minimum. Re-orders are $250.00 minimum. Orders under
$250.00 will not be processed.
- If you have ordered from us before, including your account number will expedite
your order.
- Specify required ship date and cancellation date.
- To order by mail, fax or e-mail, include buyer’s name, company name, shipping and
billing addresses, telephone number, and email address. If we are unable to
contact you for clarifications, it will delay your order.
Terms
- Credit card - We accept MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
- Pro Forma - Please include 10% for freight charges for UPS shipment.
- Net 30 - With approved credit.
- New Customer - Please furnish five (5) references and complete and sign our credit
application. Credit work may take 30 days, so you may prefer your first order
to be credit card or prepaid by check.
Shortages and Damages
All claims for discrepancies and/or damages must be reported within ten (10) days
of receipt of shipment to our Customer Service Department.
Returns
All returns or refusals will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and freight charge.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
All merchandise must be returned in original cartons. All products are for
decorative use only unless otherwise noted. Our products are made and colored
by hand. Therefore, there will be some variations in color, shape, and size.
Measurements shown in this catalog are taken from the longest lengths of the items:
height (top to bottom) x length (side to side) x width (front to back).
